Hvis en i husstanden settes i karantene, så settes hele husstanden i karantene.
Årsaken er enkel; hindre overføring av smitte.

Det er svært vanskelig å skille koronavirus fra vanlig forkjølelsesvirus. Derfor, og uten unntak, settes alle med øvre luftveisinfeksjoner i karantene – etter vurdering av lege.

Alle som kommer fra utlandet skal settes i karantene.

Alle som kommer fra følgende fylker skal settes i karantene:
Oslo, Agder, Rogaland, Viken, Vestfold og Telemark, Innlandet og Vestland.

Fremmedfiskere anmodes om å bli i båtene sine.
Fiskeindustrien er behjelpelig med praktiske ting som må gjøres i land.

Reisende som har brukt kollektivtransport vurderes i hvert enkelt tilfelle av helsepersonell.

Det er kun lege som iverksetter karantene.

Unntak:

        - Utrykningskjøretøy, samt gods- og passasjertransport.

        - Ved spesielle situasjoner kan legen finne det nødvendig å avvike fra regelen, men da snakker vi om hensyn til samfunnskritiske funksjoner.

Hva betyr det å bli satt i karantene i Måsøy kommune?

Hensikten er enkel: du skal ikke smitte andre!

Legen vurderer om du må være i karantene og da gjelder dette:

• Alle i samme husstand er i karantene og kan ikke gå på jobb eller skole/barnehage.
• Dersom du, eller de andre øvrige i familien, ikke kan ivareta jobben fra hjemmekontor vil legen skrive sykmelding.
• Du skal holde deg i ro og ikke treffe noen andre mennesker enn de du bor sammen med.
• Hvis det er absolutt helt nødvendig å forlate hjemmet (eks. hund eller barn som må luftes) er det viktig å følge regelen om å holde god avstand til andre mennesker.
• Karantenetiden er i utgangspunktet 14 dager. Det er kun legen, som etter bestemte kriterier, kan oppheve karantenen før det har gått 14 dager.
• Du kan ikke gå på butikken hvis du er i karantene (coopen bringer ut varer til deg hvis du har behov for det)
• Hvis du er satt i karantene skal du selvfølgelig få nødvendig helsehjelp dersom du har behov for det. Husk å si fra at du er i karantene når du tar kontakt med legevakt 116117 eller 113.

Karantene eller ikke, husk:

• Hold avstand
• Vask hender godt med såpe, evt. sprit
• Ikke ta deg til ansiktet og host i papir (som du straks kaster) eller i albuen.

Rules for quarantine in Måsøy municipality.

Pursuant to Section 4-1 of the Infectious Disease Control Act, the Infectious disease doctor in collaboration with the municipality’s crisis management team has implemented the following provisions on quarantine for 14 days.

If one person in the household is put in quarantine, the entire household is in quarantine. The reason is simple; prevent transmission of infection.

It is very hard to separate coronavirus from a regular cold virus. Therefore, and with no exception, everybody with upper respiratory tract infections are put in quarantine – after decision by doctor.

Anybody who arrives from another country will be quarantined.

Anybody who arrives from the following municipalities will be quarantined: Oslo, Agder, Rogaland, Viken, Vestfold og Telemark, Innlandet og Vestland.

Foreign fishermen are requested to stay on their boats. The fishing industry will help with practical things that needs to be done on land.

Travellers who have used public transport will all be evaluated by medical personnel.

It is only the doctor who initiates quarantine.

Exceptions:

        - Emergency vehicles, as well as freight and passenger transport.

        - In special situations, the doctor may find it necessary to deviate from the rule, but that is only in consideration of socially critical functions.

 

What does it mean to be quarantined in Måsøy municipality?

The reason is simple: You are not to infect others!

If the doctor has put you in quarantine these are the rules:

Everyone in the same household is in quarantine and cannot go to work or school/kindergarten.

• If you, or the others in your household, cannot work from home the doctor will give you a sick leave.
• You are to stay at home and not meet any other people, besides the ones you live with.

If you are in quarantine, or not, remember:

• Keep your distance.
• Wash your hands well with soap, or antibacterial disinfectant.
• Do not touch your face, and cough into a piece of paper (and throw it in the trash) or in your elbow.

Zgodnie z sekcją 4-1 ustawy o nieprzewidzianych chorobach,lekarz interwencyjny we współpracy z zarządem ratunkowym gminy,wdrążył następujące przepisy dotyczące kwarantanny przez 14 dni.

Jeśli ktokolwiek z domowników zostanie poddany kwarantannie,wówczas pozostali domownicy także muszą poddać się kwarantannie.

Powód jest prosty: zapobiegać rozprzestrzenianiu się infekcji.

Bardzo trudno jest odróżnić koronawirusa od zwykłego przeziębienia.Dlatego wszyscy bez wyjątku,osoby z infekcją górnych dróg oddechowych są poddawani kwarantannie-według uznania lekarza.

Osoby,które przyjadą z zagranicy,muszą zostać poddane kwarantannie.

Osoby,które przyjadą z innych gmin,tj:Oslo,Agder,Rogaland,Viken,Vestfold i Telemark,Innlandet oraz Vestland-również muszą zostać poddane kwarantannie.

Rybacy z innych gmin proszeni są o pozostanie na swoich łodziach.Przemysł rybny pomaga w praktycznych czynnościach,które należy wykonać na lądzie.

Osoby podróżujące,które korzystały z transportu publicznego,są w każdym przypadku rozpatrywane przez personel medyczny.

Tylko i wyłącznie lekarz inicjuje kwarantannę.

    Wyjątek:

  • pojazdy ratunkowe, a także transport towarowy i pasażerski 

  • w szczególnych sytuacjach, lekarz może uznać za konieczne odstępstwo od reguły, ale wtedy mówimy o rozważaniach dotyczących funkcji społecznie krytycznych

Co to znaczy być poddanym kwarantannie  w gminie Måsøy?

  Cel jest prosty- aby nie zarażać innych!

Więc jeśli twój lekarz poddał cię kwarantannie,dotyczy to:

 • wszyscy domownicy są poddani kwarantannie i nie mogą iść do pracy ani do szkoły/przedszkola;

• jeśli ty bądź reszta domowników nie możecie  kontynuować pracy w domu,lekarz wypisze zwolnienie lekarskie;

• powinieneś zachować spokój i nie spotykać się z nikim,poza osób mieszkających z tobą w tym samym domu;

• jeśli absolutnie konieczne jest opuszczenie domu(np.pies lub dziecko,które wymagają wentylacji)ważne jest,aby przestrzegać zasady utrzymania dużej odległości od innych ludzi;

• czas kwarantanny wynosi 14 dni,nawet jeśli wynik testu jest ujemny;

• nie,nie możesz iść do sklepu jeśli jesteś poddany kwarantannie(coop/pracownicy sklepu przywiozą ci zakupy jeśli jest to konieczne);

• jeśli poddany jesteś kwarantannie,powinieneś oczywiście uzyskać niezbędna opiekę zdrowotną - jeśli jej potrzebujesz;

Pamiętaj aby powiedzieć,że przebywasz w kwarantannie kontaktując się z numerem alarmowym 116117 lub 113.

 Niezależnie od tego,czy jesteś poddany kwarantannie czy nie,pamiętaj:

  • zachowaj dystans;

• myj dokładnie ręce mydłem lub środkiem dezynfekującym(najlepiej z alkoholem);

• nie dotykaj twarzy;

Remiantis Užkrečiamų ligų įstatymo punktu § 4-1 ir bendradarbiaujant su užkrečiamų ligų gydytoju ir savivaldybės krizinių situacijų valdymo vadovais, savivaldybė įvedė 14 dienų karantinavimo  nuostatas.

Jeigu vienas iš šeimos narių yra karantinuotas, tuomet visi šeimos nariai privalo karantinuotis.

Priežastis paprasta: užkirsti kelią koronaviruso plitimui.

Atskirti koronavirusą nuo paprasto peršalimo ar gripo yra labai sunku. Todėl visi be išimties sergantys viršutinių kvėpavimo takų infekcijomis, bus karantinuojami – po gydytojo apžiūros.

Visi atvykę iš užsienio šalių bus karantinuojami.

Visi atvykę iš apskričių: Oslo, Agder, Rogaland, Viken, Vestfold ir Telemark, Innladet ir Vestland bus karantinuojami.

Atvykusių žvejų prašome pasilikti savo laivuose.

Žuvininkystės įmoni ų  atsakingi asmenys padės žvejams visais praktiniais klausimais .

Asmenų, kurie naudojasi viešuoju transportu, rizikos faktorius kiekvienu atveju įvertins sveikatos priežiūros personalas.

Karantinuoja tik gydytojas. 

Išimtys:

-         Avarinės transporto priemonės, taip pat krovininis ir keleivinis transportas.

-         Esant kritinėmis situacijomis, gydytojas gali nukrypti nuo taisyklių, tačiau tik  kritinių tarnybų darbuotoj ų at žvilgiu.

Ką reiškia būti karantinuotam Måsøy savivaldybėje?

·          Jeigu esate karantinuotas, žinoma, j um s bus suteikta tinkama sveikatos priežiūra. Tiesiog nepamirškite pasakyti, kad esate karantinuotas, kai skambinsite greitosios pagalbos telefonu 116117 arba 113.

Nesvarbu, ar esi karantinuotas, ar ne, atsimink:
